yellow neckpieceYellow fabric recovered from a local recycling centre, it was probably cut off pieces from fabric used to make hi visibility vests. It has a really interesting quality and is great to work with as you can cut away at it with no fraying. We are still playing about with this but thought we would give you a first peek. Just cut the neckpiece from one continous piece of fabric, however would love to laser cut an intricate detail.. Will have to look into that.

Another piece in the plastic bag series, this piece is constructed from large hoops which have been heat fused together.

bic2 copyScribble neckpiece- fused plastic – a 3D representation of a scribble on a page-  again the idea that it could be drawn onto the body.

Plastic ring

We love plastic bags, its amazing what you can make from a plastic bag… this ring is made from plastic with a sterling silver shank. We were delighted to have it chosen for the V&A Find…Make…Wear… project.
